Following your free 20-minute discovery call, an in depth 60 minute 1-1 Consultation - £35 is booked in next.
Ten personal training block sessions is available at £560 — to be used within three months.
All new clients begin with a posture and movement assessment— included within your package. This lays the foundations everything else is built on.
