After 16+ years of personal training and coaching, I've learned that progress comes when things feel simple, focused, and genuinely human.

About Paul
In my early years, I didn't grow up naturally athletic or confident in sports. It was discovering rowing at university that changed things — and with it, the realisation that with the right environment and the right guidance, almost anyone can surprise themselves. That belief has shaped everything about how I coach.
I've spent over 16 years working with people navigating 21st century life — personal training professionals in West London, supporting NHS exercise referral programmes, and helping clients through injury, health conditions, and significant life change. More recently, I've been rebuilding from my own Long Covid setbacks. I understand what it feels like to rebuild and the anxiety that starting from scratch often brings. It’s central to how I work.

Three Ways to Work With Paul
PRIVATE 1-1 PERSONAL TRAINING
Sometimes you need more than a small group can offer. Dedicated solo time, complete attention for the full hour, and the space to go deeper — around specific health conditions, weight, injury, technique, or simply where you are in life right now.
This is personal training in the truest sense of the word.
Limited daytime availability — speak to Paul to discuss.
SMALL GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING
Real personal training — without the feeling of being lost in a large group.
Sixteen sessions available each week, for beginners, improvers, older adults, and those managing health conditions or returning from injury. Groups are capped at four people, so you'll always receive genuine individual attention.
Sessions run on a simple monthly subscription. No joining fees, no membership charges, no hidden costs.
NUTRITION & LIFESTYLE COACHING
Exercise alone rarely tells the whole story.
For clients serious about lasting change — weight loss, habit change, sleep, stress, and the patterns that quietly hold you back — Paul brings something beyond personal training. As both a Lifestyle Coach and qualified Life Coach, he works with the broader picture: how you eat, how you think, and how you live.
Real transformation isn't measured in weeks. It's measured in years.
Getting Started is Simple

Book a Discovery Call
A free focused 20-minute phone call.
I'll ask you a few straightforward questions about where you are right now, what's changed and what you're looking to achieve. You'll get a clear sense of how I work and whether this feels like the right fit.
If it does, we'll arrange the next step.

Studio Consultation
This is a focused 60-minute session at the studio — £35.
This is where we’ll go into depth. We'll talk through your history, your goals, what's realistic and what's been getting in the way. You'll see the space, understand exactly how the coaching works, and leave with a clear picture of what your programme would look like.
This is the foundation upon which everything else is built.

Choose Your Pathway
Based on your consultation, we'll agree the right way forward for you — whether you need 1-1 training, small group personal training sessions, specific coaching or a combination.
Your first session includes a movement and postural assessment and baseline review, so everything that follows is structured and built specifically for you.
